Jonathan was fantastic! He took care of me and was quick efficient! I had come in 2 weeks earlier and was helped by Kyle even though I said I was there to meet Jonathan. He said there was nothing he could do for what I was looking for after being there for 40 minutes. He had someone come over that said they were a GM and they said we were too far apart. So I left. I came back one last time after I almost went to another dealership and met with Jonathan who absolutely resolved the matter. He also introduced me to the GM and he was great as well. If it wasn't for Jonathan I would have taken my business elsewhere. This is my 5th car from Larry H Miller Honda. I am very happy I got assistance from Jonathan!

The service experience was ok. Luckily I took at a look under my hood at the service center and saw that the serving tech didn’t put back the high and low side AC caps back on the car. We were only able to locate the high side cap but was not able to fine the low cap. The Service representative helped get a replacement low side cap with their parts department.

The service adviser, Adam, was very patient with my questions and concerns and worked closely with the technician in order to walk me through the repair. While it was expensive and took all day, that was to be expected and Adam gave me some good discounts for getting multiple services done.
