Overall great. Timely, friendly, quick. My only feedback is that the system keeps mixing me up with the new owner of one of my cars and our name and his name keep getting crossed on paperwork and phone #s.

I needed an oil change on my CRV. The customer service was excellent, and it was done in a timely manner, as I waited for it. I appreciate the detailed report on the car and how the customer service rep explained things to me.

Ryan’s dedication to the customer is incredible. After a very negative experience with the previous service manager, Cameron I had decided that I would no longer service my element at Larry Miller. Ryan’s customer service along with his professionalism has changed my mind. While the service still was not without hiccups, he was won me back as a customer.

David Jimenez was an excellent service advisor. He attended to detail, and helped me get the work I needed completed in a timely manner. He was exceptional.
