I was treated much more professionally today than I was treated the last 3 or 4 times I was in. The video email showing me what else needed to be done was especially surprising and helpful.

Joe and your service team went above and beyond as usual. Today I got my transmission serviced. Oil changed. Tires rotated. Engine filter.bought some goodies from parts. The counter guy (had a beard but can’t remember his name) over there was helpful and friendly finding me some Honda accessories for my civic. See you on the next service
