Spencer took good care of me. Great service

The service representative met me and got started. He said about an hour. The Pilot was finished in 45 minutes. While waiting Pat, the salesman who sold me the car two years ago came over to say hello, asked how the Pilot was running. Pleasant experience.

Got an oil change after just passing 100k miles. Need to fix some things that were recommended but everything went smoothly overall.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the popcorn and water station was great as always. The only negative of the experience was that I was there over four hours for an oil change and tire alignment, which I realize is most likely out of the staff’s control. The four stars is for overall visit rating, if it was for rating the staff I would give five stars.

On time and took the time told to me to do the work.
