I needed major help on my back brakes so I found this dealer. As I arrived I had no appointment but Adam took on my problem and was super helpful and very professional. The process was quick. I also met Jake who assisted Adam with the financial part. Both men deserve a big bonus. Lol. They are very kind and kept me updated on my car. I truly had a 5 star experience.I would also like to weigh in on your whole survey. It doesn’t give you good feed back when every employee tells you to give them all 5 stars because they have the potential of not getting a raise or even fired. How do you ever get better with that kind of system. If you want to raise the bar on sales and service allow the true surveys to come through without recourse and see really incredible improvement. Again the guy that helped really did a great job. He kept me informed and worked to get me out the door in a lot less time than I expected.
