2 hours for an oil charge, basic check over and tire rotation seems excessive especially with an appointmentWhen the oil change alert was reset all advanced functions of the center section of the gauges went away too, beyond the basics. That is very annoying and next time I won't drive off before that gets put back to how I had it set. Very annoying to have to go through menus to figure out how to get stuff to display again.The employee I dealt with was very polite and helpful checking the car in and out.

Staff was excellent. Very busy and backed up. I waited 2 hours for an oil change.

Dropped off and had a ride to work in a flash. Picked up the car and it was well taken care of!
