Was told I would receive updates by text messages but never received one except the one they send giving you the number to call or text if you want to contact them.

The sales person David was the main reason I bought the car, second to the car being an excellent choice.

Service techs were very professional however, my complaint regarding the brake pedal popping when braking simultaneously going over a hard bump was addressed but not corrected. Tech advised they could not duplicate the problem I explained.Driving my car later that day, the same popping/vibration occurred when I went over a hard bump while braking.

This has to be one of the best car service experiences my wife and I have had ever! Pulling up to the Service Department near closing time, we sent up a prayer that someone would be sympathetic to dire situation we were in. Traveling from El Paso to Albuquerque for the Labor Day weekend, our vehicle began to shake and vibrate about 30 minutes before reaching Albuquerque. The Service center in El Paso recommended taking the car to the nearest Hyundai Service center in Albuquerque. Driving up so late, we were met by Ohio (Jonathan) and Tyson. They treated us very courteously and professionally, Despite the lateness of the situation, Tyson ensured that our weekend would not be ruined. And we were pleasantly surprised by how Ohio continually informed as to the status of our vehicle every step of the process. Needless to say, Tyson and Ohio went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Please pass along to both of them our heartfelt gratitude regarding the aide they rendered in our time of need.

When I come in it takes a while for them to find my car in the system. It may be a software glitch as what was explained to me but it’s frustrating. Everyone was pleasant, just seems they are short handed.
