Greeted well, brought my car into the garage so easily, excellent space to wait (I set up a work station, thank you), appreciated the cold water, text messages were helpful, check out easy. And I was told it would take 2 hours and it really did.,

Great job, but my appointment was at 10AM but when I arrived I was told it would take 3 hours because there were 5 cars ahead of me and I was 15 minutes early!

Although my appointment was at 1;15 and I didn't get my car until around 4:00, something like that , everyone I talked to was nice . I mean nobody wants to wait that long ,I could see if you didn't have an appointment .but just sucks waiting. And yes they will take you where you want during waiting but not everyone has money to do so.
