checked in at the service center right on time the greeter was awesome. Technician was with me in less than a minute went over all the details of my service. you unfortunate part was you guys did a great job servicing the vehicle fortunate part was I never received a text message to tell me when my vehicle is ready and I had to call Hyundai to find out when my vehicle is ready the frustrating part. Nobody answered at the service center. I had to call the parts center and finally I received notification three hours later than my vehicle is ready, so that’s the reason for the no five stars perhaps next time overall very happy with the service

Techs were very nice and helpful, but when I called to set appointment the girl was rude and not helpful. When scheduled, it took 1 month before I could take it in.

First time being there, they treated me wonderfully. The service was pretty quick. They let me know what needed to be done with my suv before they did anything. The waiting area was nice and clean and offered free bottled water and coffee us snacks. Mr. Martin Aagron was very professional and patient with the whole situation. I will definitely being taking my vehicle back for service.
