The service staff was very helpful.

When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment which I had made 10 days ago. The result was a 3 1/2 hour wait. Don’t know what happened but I think I learned to confirm an appointment before driving down from Santa Fe. The service was done well and priced reasonably.

As always, Josh in the service department takes excellent care of my car and his so do his mechanics. I have been coming over to have my car serviced since I brought it from the same dealership where the service department is for the last 16 years. I owned a Hyundai for three years before I purchased this one. The only issue that I have, which I had not experienced in the past is that there is nobody really answering phones and years of issue with getting in touch with the service department even when your car is there and they’ve given you an estimate via text or email. I think you need a better message system, and someone who is dedicated or more than one person dedicated to answering the phone lines for this department. .
