The wait was over 2 hours and they didn't have the recall part that was needed. They had to order it and now I have to come back when they get the part for instalation. The staff where very friendly.

Josh was welcoming and explained what was done during the service. Nice clean waiting area.The texts that are sent when you book an appointment could be improved by adding the location of the service, seeing as there are a couple of locations in Albuquerque!
