Good service

Camden was very helpful today. There was a mix-up in my scheduled appt, but he worked me in. Very courteous & he took care of my car needs quickly. Very nice service rep. I will definitely ask for him again.

Went in for a mini-detail, that was nicely done. Problem was I was told it'd only take 15 minutes, so I could just wait. So I sent my ride home and there I was, sitting for 45 minutes. Preferred not have wasted my lunch break sitting there, when I could've had lunch. More honesty about actual times would be great, especially when you know they have a ride waiting.
