Dawson was so easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable. However, we had an appointment to pick the car up, arrived a few minutes early and nothing was ready. No paperwork completed and the car was not ready to be delivered. What should have taken one hour took three.

All personnel I encountered were very courteous and knowledgeable especially the service assistant I believe was Martin.

Those worker we spoke to were very nice. Everything was great. thank you for having snacks as we had to wait 2/1/2 hours before our car was serviced. We understood because you are short on help. 👍
