I have to say, my last couple of experiences with the dealership were not optimum. I thought I would give them another chance. The person who signed me in was attentive and knows. Told me it would be approximately 1.5 hours wait time. I expected 2 hours. The car was taken back quickly! Last time it sat in the parking lot way over an hour before it made itself to the garage. It was about 2 hours wait time. An appreciated explanation of what was done given. I am impressed! Thank you to the service manager for getting it right.
