1) the sales person and I calculated a price and reduced it by $300. The manager approved the price. We each signed a little sheet agreeing to the price. I went to test drive and inspect the vehicle one more time and when we got back we were informed the sales manager no longer allowed the $300 reduction. It was legal but lacked integrity. 2) The vehicle did not have window tint and edge guards applied yet. Rather than deducting from the price of the vehicle the sales manager made us drive round trip from Yuma back to dealership to have applied. So that was very poor customer service on the sales manager. 3) we took advantage of the financing discount even though we did not want to finance. There was different guidance on whether we could make a lump sum payment within first six months, but still make six payments. The final verdict was that we could do it but the dealership would be charged back. I feel bad for the finance manager, but after 1 and 2 above, I thought why should I pay additional interest. 4) overall Larry Miller is still the best even with the above issues. Way better than any other dealership and I scouted them all. S Larry Miller 5 stars, sales person 5 stars Finance Manager 5 Stars, Sales Manager 1 star.

I was in for an LOF on the vehicle I purchased at your dealership. The initial appointment went as expected but quickly went downhill. When I was leaving the house the next morning I had a large puddle of oil under my. I called my service advisor and he told me to bring it back which I did. Apparently the tech folded the crush gasket causing the leak. It was fixed and cleaned up and hopefully no damage was done. I appreciate the quick reaction by my service advisor Dustin for coordinating my return to the dealship and helping correct the error. My rating is on the initial appointment. After that the score would be much lower
