Service was quick, the waiting area was clean and quite.

We arrived here for early and we’re able to be seen within minutes. The waiting room was clean the people the staff was courteous. However, as we watched the progress on the mobile app, it did not seem to be updated as often as it should’ve been. Nothing was updated until he was completely finished so we did not have any idea of how long it would take or where the car was in the process. On a side note, it would be nice if there were gluten-free snacks. Thank you.

My main sales guy Jake V was Very friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable. The deal was flexible and honest and he was very patient. He was friendly with my kids and not pushy at all. The finance officer Donovan was a little fast-moving. He was hard to keep up with and seemed like he was in a hurry because he kept mentioning a 30min goal. I felt rushed, like he didn’t want to spend time in the weeds, even though he would ask “did I cover everything to your satisfaction”. It felt like he just wanted us out of there.

Chris truly helped me be able to find a new car that I will be able to fill at home in and treasure. I went to the dealership three times, and Chris even came in on his day off to complete the sale. I believe it was Donovan helped with the paperwork and was a great help in understanding the move forms required for financing.

First time visit. My suggestion is have someone greet customers as they drive in. I walked inside and staff did not greet me. So I said it was my first time and asked if I was to come in or wait outside. I was asked for my name and he said it was him assigned and to wait outside. No smile or introduction. I returned to my car to actually be helped by younger gentleman who had much better customer service skills. Greatly appreciated the car wash. And this employee walked me to my car.
