love my service advisor, Melissa, she’s 👍🏼. She took a care of my service needs promptly. Before I drove off from picking up my car, I noticed that my light bulk is out, Alan, the technician was there and he took care of it right away, which I’m very grateful for it.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life! Luis Martinez hit customer service out of the park. He really worked diligently to get me the best deal without the hassle. I can't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car in the future.

I would give your service writers a five. Kevin did all he could to make a four hour oil change as pleasant as he could. We stayed there for over two hours, and finally got a ride home ., Management needs to look at some things in the dealership. shouldn't take nearly 4 hours to do a simple oil change. management needs to look at scheduling and hire some more techs if necessary. it's pretty obvious that maintenance is backed up out of the control of the service rider.

I was in and out so fast. Just had to ask if my car was done as I was not notified just noticed it was sitting out in the lot. Kevin was so kind and great customer service.

Easy drop off. Time frame for service was explained and held to with no delay. Was disappointed that a 2nd appointment was needed for a secondary issue not related to normal maintenance. Inconvenient to say the least.

Everything went well on my service. All the things that need to be done were done. Plus my car was washed and it's nice and clean.
