Melissa kept me informed on details and work was completed in half a day. Received ride home and back to dealership once completed.

I was seen by Justin right away eventhough I arrived earlier than my appointment. He explained to me what services my car needs for the mileage. Told me to be on the lookout for coupons which I can use on my next visit.

Went in for a routine service and the service advisor, Kevin, found a recall that was required. So it was added to the service work and was completed on time. Great service by Kevin, the service advisor.

Completely satisfiedThe last question doesn’t make sense. A person would normally agree to terms of service before a job is started not after it is completed.
