I think when you have a 10:00 appointment they should warn you about a long delay.3 hours is a long time for an oil change.they did tell me when I arrived but to late to change it. The people are very nice they did offer me a ride home but I resided to wait.checked in at 9:50 left at 2:00 that’s a long oil change.they did do some recommendations after 1:30 for the extra half hour.just think I should have ben old about the backup in advance.I also had some questions but no one was available to answer them.

Thad was very kind and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability and then looked up the answers that he was unsure of.

What a great experience. Although it took all day, which is mostly what it's like when you buy a new car wound up. Completely happy. After having trouble with my current vehicle four times this month already and having it in the shop was fed up and wanted a new car. Larry Miller Hyundai provided excellent customer service that went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Got exactly what I needed

Austin Tafoya was my service advisor. He said he’s been doing this for two weeks and prior to that in sales. He could’ve fooled me. He definitely excels in customer service. He was a blessing in getting my car back on the road. He is top notch, kept in touch with me via phone for updates.

I had a 7 AM appointment with Melissa and there was a long line at the service department when I arrived. Melissa saw me and took care of me right away. The service was completed quickly and Melissa called me to let me know the vehicle was ready. Everything was great.
