I was 15 minutes early for my oil change appointment, but had to wait for 20 minutes before I was even able to get into the bay. Once inside it was over another 10 minute before I saw anyone. Once inside the accommodations were nice and I appreciated the coffee. After about an hour I received a message that the inspection revealed a couple things to attend to with my permission. After another hour I paid my bill and left. My only real complaint has to do with scheduling an appointment and not even being checked in until we’ll after my appointment time.
