Mark was wonderful. He kept me updated, helped me get to my appointment and back to the dealership. I had a question after I picked up my car and he was waiting for me in the drop off area when I returned. I was very impressed.

Great service!

My service guy Dustin, was very nice and helpful. Try to cooperate with Car Shield about the parts but the didn’t work . I’m not blaming him . I drop my car off on Thursday, August 10th and didn’t get it back to August 15th. I don’t mind waiting for the part to get there but I am without a car and there’s no reason I couldn’t come get my car and bring it back . when the part came in. I had to find a ride to work every day and the staff code for five days.
