2022 palisade would not start Friday night Had it towed in Saturday morning and we never heard from anyone. Called around 3:00pm and were told they didn’t know our car was there and would not be able to look at it until Monday. Monday afternoon noon I called to see the status and were told they had not looked at it yet. They said someone would put it on the diagnostic and check the battery. Found the battery was bad so they replaced it, called me around 4:00pm and said it was ready to go

My vehicle was ready in the estimated time they gave me when I booked the appointment. Ashleigh is always friendly and professional.
