I didn’t have an appointment but I had a bad battery and a nail in a tire. They originally said they would need my car all day, but we’re able to get it done in a few hours. They were very helpful and accommodating my needs as I had to pick up kids from school.

I had to find my service advisor when I arrived & when I retrieved the vehicle. I realize it was hot outside so he may have been in a cooler spot; & I arrived 10 minutes late.
