Was in for an oil change. It was busy, but I had an appointment, got in quickly and was out in an hour. My only complaint, they wash my car, but didn't clean the windshield well and didn't clean the rear window at all. Overall great customer service from Kevin. Very happy with the quick visit.

Everything was great except the amount of time it took to do an oil change and a few other things. I guess that's the new normal.

I as not familiar with lease end procedure, so service staff informed me and directed me to Thad qho I had an appt with.

Our visit took just half of the time we were told. That was great because we had lunch plans with our grandkids like we do every year before the start of school.

Dropped off my car which was really smooth. The tech who was helping me gave me a clear time line of when my vehicle would be ready. Service was completed in the time that they told me. They gave me some recommendations of service that I should have completed with an overall check of the vehicle condition. I was very pleased with the experience.
