The problem was diagnosed quickly but the parts were not available. It took 5 days for them to come in and then was repaired the same day we dropped off.

We met with Jake and never felt pressured to buy. He is a very nice guy. We are also pleased with his manager. He readily gave us a good price for our trade in. The finance dept was also a pleasant surprise. Everything went quickly.
