The service representative originally assigned was unavailable as we waited in the open car check-in area during 115 degree heat. Another representative told us our rep was busy. After a while, Keven told us our rep wasn’t available so he would take care of us. He was friendly, competent and professional. From that point on, all went well.

He was arrogant, insulting, and shouldn’t be working with people. He gets a 0/5 stars. I wanted to walk out during our signing due to his demeaning comments towards us. He gives me the “ick” feeling. Overall it was a good experience (minus Donovan) and I’m happy with my purchase.
