My vehicle needed recall service. Also found brakes needed replacing and 2 filters were replaced.

Staff was friendly and service completed in a timely manner.

Service was good. I was taken in right away, however I did have to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change due to being backed up. Other than that great hospitality and comfortable atmosphere.

One day in May my husband was driving our Tucson home from work. The car lost power and he heard a ticking noise coming from the engine. He stopped into the service department of Larry Miller Hyundai and spoke to our Service Advisor, Dustin Yinger. We had to leave the car there and wait to hear what was wrong. Later that day Dustin called with the news. We needed a new engine. Wow, our hearts dropped since it had less than 100,000 miles on it. Then he told us because we had taken out an extended warranty it would cover the repairs. That was a weight off our shoulders. Dustin also made sure that we had a vehicle to use while it was being repaired, a 2023 Tucson. It also was covered by our warranty. Dustin was amazing. He kept us updated while the repairs were being done. Today we have our car back with a rebuild engine. The service was wonderful and Dustin was the Best! Thank you Larry H Miller Hyundai.

Kevin the auto service tech was very pleasant. Our vehicle was ready to be picked up in 35 minutes.

Dustin did a good job with customer service and the car service seems good quality.
