Kevin was very nice.

I arrived a little early and there were a line of cars. I didn’t expect anyone to come out because it looked liked you were busy. At my appointment time being no one came out so I went inside found the person who was supposed to greet me and let her know I was here for my appointment.

Dustin was great. Took care of everything. The new Larry Miller is very efficient compared with old Larry Miller. Car windows had hard water spots all over after car wash . A quick wipe helps with hard water spots.

Dustin was great. Did exactly what he said he would and it worked out perfectly

Over all good experience. Wasn’t pushy or overbearing. Was honest and transparent about everything including costs and fees. Once agreed on price got me in and out the door fairly quick.

Excellent customer service

I am always very satisfied and even though your place looks very pretty since your renovation, simple things like a vending machine are nowhere in your facility. I had not eaten all day and needed just something little to calm my diabetes and your courtesy snacks were gone too. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a happy customer !!

First Time here. I was nervous w the online surveys, however, Kevin was great and I liked that I had his number if I needed an update. I had the 7,500 service on my Hybrid Elantra. Car wash was down but my car was washed and vacuumed. Took about an hour and Kevin was very friendly. I waited, had restroom, water, and snacks.
