I brought my Elantra in for routine maintenance and Kevin was so pleasant. I received a text with a picture of a suggested replacement of the cabin filter, which I opted to replace. I was also provided with complimentary Lyft service to my home as well as pick-up. I am again so impressed and I am always mentioning the dealership when someone asks where I go. Everything that was a problem was addressed, but I don’t know why it took so long to get to the techs for repair. Also I don’t understand why every service writer refuses to address the clearcoat problem on my vehicle. The last five times I have been in for service I have pointed out the problem that has only occurred on one spot on the vehicle but everyone just passes it off.

Just an oil change and check engine light issue but they are very polite and professional. Kevin, the service Mgr. Is top notch and Ashleigh, service advisor, is great. No attitude or combativeness. Love it. Thats why we have bought 2 cars here.

I was treated like I mattered and what was important to me in a car mattered. Austin was professional and knowledgeable and Kaitlyn took us through the ins and outs of the car itself. Great experience !
