Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all. He took his time and explained everything to me in great detail. He showed me all the specific specs that I wanted and dealt with me test driving while making my decisions. The communication was amazing! Also Renee was financing was an absolute gem to work with. Laid everything out for me and explained everything to me in great detail the process was so fast! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car anytime soon. Having been able to compare them to other local dealerships that I have recently been to is impossible there is zero comparison needed it’s was truly the best and I thank you for that!

Jordan ‘JD’ is an exceptional sales professional. He is very knowledgeable and because of his due diligence, he found a car that was 99 per cent of what we wanted and surprised us. 1st I would like to thank Alejandro who greeted me when I came in unexpectedly on Saturday 5-27-23 with a big nail I must have gotten traveling back from Prescott from seeing my son & Daughter in law & new grandson! My tire gauge popped on around 50 miles from your service department. I just was in on Thursday and made sure all my tires were properly filled. I traveled Friday morning and left Saturday morning. I never drove while in Prescott so I must have gotten it somewhere during the construction on I-17 south when the gauge came on! I decided to go straight to your dealership just to get air because my car was getting completely serviced 5-30-23 for my 1st servicing since purchasing in April 2022 and only had 3,600 or so miles. As you can see I don’t drive often and I love my vehicle and take very good care of it. Alejandro started airing he heard hissing and he went and checked with someone because I was getting my servicing done on 5-30-23! You guys were packed with appointments and I had my 2 small dogs with me as well! They decided to service and do my maintenance Saturday instead of Tuesday! He said either patching or getting it all done would still be about 2 1/2 hours! He helped me with my things and I carried my 2 small leashed dogs and we went in and waited. I put my hoodie on the floor and my fur babies laid quietly below my feet and by 1:20 pm or so my service man Dustin Yinger called my name and everything was already done! I’m a widow and have no one else as my husband was murdered and my sons live in other towns. I seen Alejandro out using a machine in the service department cleaning it and after they pulled my car into the service area I put my dogs in the car and ran back in to pay for my patch. I asked Alejandro if I could give him a hug and I thanked him for being so kind to fit me in on a busy Saturday because when he tried to air the tire the air literally had lost 6 lbs within seconds so if they couldn’t patch my tire Saturday it would have been flat completely Saturday evening and wouldn’t have been able to get my maintenance done on Tuesday! I’m truly am blessed and grateful to Alejandro and Dustin to fit me in unexpectedly. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and caring! I was absolutely terrified and if Alejandro hadn’t checked about getting everything done Saturday I would have been out on Tuesday! Your service department is exceptional and I am truly grateful to you all. Thank you kindly Pamela K. Elliott 602-516-6105
