Mark, my advisor, was professional, courteous, and pretty accurate. I was told how long the wait was, but I didn't mind. It was actually 10 minutes less! I appreciated Mark's honesty. I also liked the new (final) page of my invoice, the Point Inspection Form. Making it color-coded makes it VERY clear. Glad I don't need tires yet!

The staff was knowledgable and friendly. The facilities are very nice. REALLY liked the total absence of high-pressure sales. And your client advisor Pat Bria addressed his comments and questions to both my husband and me.
