My experience was very pleasant. My sales person, Luis Barra, was friendly and professional. He made the process very comfortable for me. Roger handled the financial end and he made things very clear where I could understand. If you need car, these two are the way to go!

Long process, but they worked with me on it. It was more back and forth with my bank than it was with the dealership, they got me what I needed and were patient with me and my bank.
