Simple and fast

I feel like I was discriminated when I talked to the guy in-charge, because he asked my full name and when he noticed that it’s not an American name he assume I don’t know how to speak English and he said he will take me infront where they speak Spanish. I was confused for a bit and I ask him “you guys don’t speak English here?” I hope that your people be trained for not judging how people looked like or just because I don’t have a blonde hair. he hasn’t even start talking to me. But he forgot I talked to him a week ago when he made my appointment for November 21.
