We went in to have the car checked out because we heard some noise that bothered us & are planning to go out of town. We didn't have an appointment yet were out in a timely manner.

Took car in due to recall notice on exterior camera, and they included service for another service which I wasn't expecting; I believe it was for the steering rods? Anyway both were pronounced in good shape.

Had usual service(G+Otire rotation)+ needed brake replacement+AC fan motor replaced

I was greeted right away upon arrival. I received a text during inspection that some additional things should be addressed on my car (it just hit 30K miles so I wasn't surprised by that). They told me how much longer the work would take. I arrived to pick up my car after that time had passed & my service advisor was putting my paperwork together. It was great

Smooth but a bit impersonal. Text updates and service options notifications were fine but I miss the in-person contact with a team member.
