It was good! They took my leased car and got me into a brand new one with financing. The only problem I experienced was getting extended warranties added to my monthly payments without my knowledge after I was very specific that I did not want them. I went and had a chat with the finance person and he removed it. It was about $1300 of things I wouldn’t need. In his defense he also worked to get me a bank that would approve me for financing.
