I made an appointment which was super easy. When I got to the dealership I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was very nice.

Very difficult to set an appointment. The service guy was great! However, I was not told the oil changes were for 1 year for three.

Very fast and courteous.

Your staff we're awesome My problem is with Nissan corporate!!!. My map light fell in my face getting on the freeway, Nissan won't replace it. This is unacceptable, this is not a part that needs to be replaced like tires or battery...it is supposed to stay for lifetime of car.I have a 2017 Sentra and my clear coat is flaking off across top of car badly. Nissan decided they won't help... It started peeling badly last year it was barely 5 years old. This means I can't even trade it in for a newer vehicle because even though it only has 55k miles and is immaculate inside, they will take a huge amount off of trade in value.Very disappointed in Nissan in general. My next car will most likely NOT be a Nissan. Not what they used to be. However, the staff at Larry H Miller were great.
