My Service Advisor Harry Granger went above and beyond to make sure my customer experience was outstanding. Harry took it upon himself to check my car history and found that many of the services I needed to be completed were already covered under a previous maintenance agreement. The reality is that I would have never known had he not been so diligent and honest. Harry also immediately addressed another issue that I brought up to him. He researched and found that Nissan had identified the issue and he arranged to take care of it on the same visit. In my experience, this level of customer service is rare. I would like to commend Harry. He is a credit to your service department. His efforts have definitely earned a repeat customer.
