My rep was very friendly and I appreciated the work. We received a new transmission and 2 new tires. It got delayed a bit beyond expectation but not horribly (about 1 day beyond what we expected). They said maybe Monday most likely Tuesday, I got it Wednesday evening only after I asked how the progress was coming along Wednesday afternoon.We ordered an extra key for the vehicle which didn’t get done. We’ll have to come back for that but it takes 40 mins to program and I may not want to wait that long when the vehicle was already in the shop for 5-6 days.Once I got the vehicle back the air sensor was on and I had a low tire. Something I feel should not have been missed since 2 new tires were installed.Overall I’m happy but can’t give 5 stars.

Josue was an excellent service advisor, will return due to the perfect customer service experience I received.I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the process was easy and smooth thanks to my service advisor!

Sam, as always, was top notch got out Pathfinder in and repaired promptly. Was quick to supply a loaner vehicle while repairs were made.

Lisa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and never pressured me, a young college student, to do anything I didn’t want to do. I always experienced a ton of pressure from other advisors but Lisa was amazing! Made me feel like I was at home. I am definitely going to recommend her to everyone who owns a Nissan!

service was great! Lisa Magram was super nice and personable and made the experience super easy and fun! Only thing is I did have to wait a little over an hour. Other than that everything went amazing and smoothly!
