My experience is always good, the Staff is very attentive, informative and they all have a good sense of humor lol! Their customer service skills are on point always! I got an oil & filter change and something else they said I needed but overall I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but here and I love how they surprise you with a car wash, thank you guy’s for every time! I was disappointed that when I left my car stalled due to needed a new battery, called AAA and they informed me that Nissan should have pointed out all the corrosion on my battery which was a lot and not to mention how dirty my engine was! I take my car to you all faithfully and you could not even power wash my engine! Look like Spiders live in there, I’ll pay for it! Just let me know what is really important and stop suggesting things I really don’t need right now! I know you’re in the business to make money but damn at least keep it real with your customers who trust and believe what you say!
