Even though I was late for my appointment about 10 minutes. I was promptly assisted by Sierra, who made me feel like a valued customer. I let her know I had another appointment in 2 hours, so she made sure I was serviced efficiently and carefully. She patiently explained my services as well as what was needed, and we took care of the quick otems, and I scheduled the item requiring more time.
