I have always had great service on my Marano at Larry Miller Nissan Riverview. The service department and the agents are respectful and helpful. I am, however, very concerned about the new phone service that has been implemented at Larry Miller Nissan Riverview. I good customer service, in my opinion, as well as others opinions is to be able to communicate with a live human being in order to schedule a service. It is disturbing and frustrating to be told to schedule my service for my car at an online website. I hope that Larry Miller Nissan Riverview takes a stand and reverses this process that has been implemented. I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and continue to plan to be but I question the strength of the powers that be if this new process is not strongly considered the possibility of the lack of good customer service. my question is why change some thing that works so well To something that becomes a frustration to the customer?
