Easy to make the appointment, I was checked in quickly, and the service was done. Connie does a wonderful job, she is so knowledgeable about Hyundai, the cars and current issues. She is so nice and easy to work with.

Words can't express how grateful we are to Connie and Ka Rizzma for making our first service visit such a positive experience. They were so cheerful and reassuring from start to finish even though we were very worried. Years ago we had a traumatically bad experience with a Honda authorized dealer who said they did an oil and filter change on our nearly-new Honda, but I could SEE that the filter had not been changed. When confronted, they lied about it. This left us with an inherent mistrust of service departments. Yesterday was our first service on our new Sonata and we were VERY nervous, but Connie and Ka Rizzma understood perfectly and made sure that everything was done perfectly, the used oil cartridge was saved to show us. We are SO grateful to them, and to Larry Miller Hyundai, who sold us this beautiful car. They have earned our trust and gratitude!
