I was on time but didn’t get my car back for 2 1/2 hours…for update on security.

Dropped off at appointment time of 8:00 am. Estimated wait time was 1.5 hours so I opted to wait at dealership. Vehicle was completed at 11:00 am, so would have taken the shuttle home rather than waiting at dealership. Experience good other than that.
