Chris and Connie made my experience much better. After having been without my car for almost three months due to a communication error and a third party body shop vendor who left my car stuck on a lift without telling anyone both Chris and Connie made sure my car and I were well taken care of. I appreciate them both so very much! They turned a very unfortunate situation around and made it a positive experience for me!
