Great customer service. They went over and above routine service in regards to the service I received. They kept me informed, reviewed & prioritized need maintenance. Even washed my car!

When we arrived the receptionist was very unfriendly & did not greet us or ask what we were there for. We had to speak first. She never looked at us straight in the face. The gentleman tried his best to assist & listened what we were there for as the computer did not have the correct information. He told us the diagnostic would take 2 hours in addition it would cost $140.00 which fee we had never heard of with our dealings with any Hyundai service department. I didn’t get their names. However, when we returned the gentleman that gave us the information whose I’m very sorry I didn’t get provided excellent customer service. He explained everything thoroughly, that parts would be ordered & the cost for labor & parts & said we would not be charged extra for diagnostic which we are grateful for. He also scheduled the appointment for us. He provided excellent customer service in that he is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, caring & compassionate. You need to hire more staff like him. Our experience with the receptionist was poor but excellent with the gentleman that provided excellent customer service. They were understaffed, but were able to get my vehicle serviced under an hour.

Wait time is little longer, sticker after oil change is showing wrong date, but overall it is a good experience
