Very friendly and knowledgeable! JT made sure we got the right vehicle for our needs.

I went into the store complaining about the service department and people not calling me back regarding cancelling warranties. I have had nothing but trouble with my Tucson and no one would call me back and the service department was only telling me "it's normal". I was frustrated. I talked to the general manager, Derrick and a very nice sales lady, Debbie Curtis. They did what they could to get me in a much better newer vehicle.

I hesitated to work with sales because of stressful experience 4 years ago. However, with reassurance, kindness, and authentic to care of the customer I had an unplanned and very positive experience in sales with JT and Chris. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help with the particular poor experience in service department. They deserve a score of 20.

General manager Derrick Brennan, Elvis in finance and the salesmen Jacklyn were all excellent to work with. They were all very patient and understanding with all questions we had. I will be back again!

I’ll give you four stars because You handled business! Number 1 Right? Communication could have been better and maybe a little pro activeness because I was out a car for almost 2 months and no one offered a loaner.

Connie was fantastic with keeping me updated on my vehicle’s service. She also made sure that the recall for the security system on my vehicle was taken care of as well. She also let me know of up coming maintenance that will need to be done.
