The consultant I had was new so not very knowledgeable. The next day I had to go back and he wasn't employed there. Connie, she is extremely helpful and always takes the time to find answers to my questions. Those workers need to be paid more in order to retain them. It's frustrating to go and there's only one or two behind counter. When it's busy the supervisor needs to get out if hus comfy office and help them.
