Fortunately it was a very pleasant experience during a stressful time at the service department with their shortage of staff! I was grateful that manager Pat Nicholsen and the new service manager Connie were able to help me immediately with an urgent matter! I look forward to working with Connie in the future! She was even kind enough to take care of my purse after I forgot it there! I appreciate the personal service!

I want to commend the staff for their friendliness and quick service, which greatly improved the overall experience. However, there were a couple of aspects that could have made it even better. On several occasions, I tried calling, but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. When I initially brought my car in for service, one of the issues was the replacement of the trunk latch. After the service, my trunk was left locked, prompting me to return. Regrettably, during this second visit, my car got damage. It would have been reassuring if they had thoroughly checked and confirmed that everything was done correctly. Moreover, during my second visit, they did not provide an estimated duration for the service, leaving me uncertain about the timeline. Despite this, I do appreciate their efficiency and their friendly approach. Their quick service indeed contributed to enhancing the overall experience. The staff’s positive attitude was a notable highlight that made the entire experience more manageable
