Efficient. A long, Wait, no car wash but easy to make an appointment. Desk staff is extremely efficient and friendly!! Lady at the desk answers the phone and treats people like their family. She even walked a couple of elderly people to their car! She runs back to see the progress of the person calling. Other staff members dealing with each other are kind and courteous to one another! When I commented on that, she said we’re all a family here. Nice!!!

Went in for service and was able to leave my car early. Always helpful and no issues. Great location and personal experience.

A little frustrating as I took my vehicle in on Fri and explained I could leave until Mon. When I went Mon it had not been checked at all. I understand their situation as not enough mechanics and overload of vehicles but my situation was I have no other transportation. They did make a special favor to have it fixed by today (Tues) and I appreciate that.
