The service center was busy when I arrived and was told they were very busy because of a staff shortage. They were very solicitous and truthful and told me after the paperwork was done I would be there for over an hour.

Went for an oil change and cabin filter change and it took 2 hours and they couldn’t find my keys for a bit. But, overall I’m satisfied as long as the oil change was good and no problems. Gave me a discount for the long wait.

SWHyundai replaced engine due to safety recall. Took 7 weeks to be seen but got engine very quickly after that.

I had an appointment for my oil change. I was back in my car and in the road in 55 minutes. Awesome!
